I had gone a couple of years without a service contract. I was with one of the big companies that you see on TV for ten years, and just got tired of the bi-annual upsell visits. Decided to look for a smaller company that truly cares about keeping each one of their customers. I found what I was looking for. I called 5 minutes before closing and Jenna set me up for a visit the next day! Their technician Adrian arrived on time and put in a honest day's work here. He could have told me anything, and like most people, I am likely going to agree and pony up the bucks. Although my AC system was running warm, all it needed was a good cleaning out and some maintenance. I suspected my condenser was bad, but technician said just frayed wire which he repaired. The best. They were early, professional, got my A/C check up done quickly. There was a mix up with my initial scheduling but they acknowledged the mistake and made things right. This is my second time using them and they have a customer for life now. Highly recommend. It's often hard to find honest, ethical, professional service people in the desert. I can't say enough about this company. They went above and beyond for me and my family in the middle of the desert summer. Being a recent first-time homeowner, the are the only HVAC company in the desert I've experienced and luckily for me the only one I'll ever need. I can't imagine anyone else providing a better service.

Jenna in the office is amazing. After calling several other companies and leaving messages or waiting for a call back I called AllDay. No answer, back to the drawing board I thought. Within seconds my phone rang and it was Jenna from AllDay apologizing for missing my call. I explained to her my situation (I needed to completely replace my HVAC split system) and she got right on it, relaying everything to Mike (the owner and her husband).

Not long after speaking to Jenna I received a call from Mike. After going over details about my home he gave me his recommendation and was very informative. Being that my situation was an emergency, they were able to rearrange their schedule to get the job done the very next day. They even dropped off a portable AC unit to get us through the night!

The install went very smoothly. Mike and his crew arrived on time, were very friendly and absolute professionals. He even made a special trip to the hardware store to pick up some ground cover (small rocks) to fill in around the condensing unit which really made it look great. The unit they installed is very efficient and a perfect fit for my home. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

I will be using ALLDAY for all my future HVAC needs and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of similar service.
